Responsibilities:

• Lead to assure IT service quality for the business
• Manage the IT operations, IT systems, and data center to sustain the business growth
• Assure the reliability, availability, stability, security, and performance of IT systems for the business operation
• Recommend effective IT solutions for the business
• Recommend IT policies and strategies that support the business
• Assure the compliance of IT policies and implementation of the direction from the management
• Work closely with IT teams and vendors to strive for excellence of the IT services
• Lead projects and make sure the development and implementation of the projects to be timely, effective, and successful
• Coordinate with other departments for IT systems / services

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Hands on experience in IT operations and project implementation
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Familiar with latest IT technology and solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Track records of leading a small team and vendors to complete important projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong problem solving skills, self-motivated, dynamic and able to work with challenges
• Experience in retail industry or property service would be an advantage
