Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects/system activities among users, IT team and system vendors
• Work with user on defining and analysis business needs
• To deal with end users and system vendors, problems solving and troubleshooting issues for different operation systems
• Support development of procedures and work instructions to streamline business processes
• Assist project stakeholders to ensure IT deliverable that would satisfy business requirements and would achieve anticipated business benefits
• Prepare project documentation and system requirement specification
• Conduct User Acceptance Test, system training and prepare user manual

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in BA with exposure in insurance industry
• Basic knowledge on SQL and relational database 
• Capable of breaking down complex procedures into user-friendly, logical steps for non-technical end-users
• Able to work independently with experience in software testing including planning, execution and result documentation
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience could be considered as Business Analyst
