Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user’s reports requirements, functional documentation, user training and support, project participation, compliance with IT procedures and standards and ad hoc analytics and queries
• Support data integration and data mining for marketing and operation departments
• Collecting and consolidating business requirement, mainly on analytics and report design
• Support Customer segmentation, performance tracking and regular reports for profile analysis
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information System or related discipline
• Good commands of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all level of users
• Excellent analytical skills with strong sense of data analytical skill
• Fast and accurate in report generation
• Candidate with more experience will also be considered to higher Senior positions.
