Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line on-site and remote technical support service including hardware, software, system and application software’s installation, configuration, upgrade, patch update, policy deployment, problem diagnosis & resolution, preventive & remedial maintenance service to all issues relating to PC and related endpoint computing components/ peripherals as directed by supervisor to meet service level expectations
• Handling IT product/services purchase, IT service provider management, IT asset & maintenance record management and regular data backup jobs
• Maintain documentation for systems configuration, implementation, operation and maintenance
• Provide implementation service to support IT infrastructure deployment projects.
• Record, analyze and dispatching helpdesk calls  
• Proactive training of users on software and system usage
• Off site duty and extra working hours may require, On-call/after hour availability

Requirements:

• Holder of Diplomain IT related disciplines or Professional Certificates
• 2years of end point device support experience in large Windows environment
• Familiar with TCP/IP, networking and cabling work
• Solid experience in Microsoft AD, Exchange and Anti-Virus Software administration
• MCITP /MCSA/MCSE in desktop support, Exchange & Server Administrationwould be a definite asset
• Goodproblem determination/analysis skills, attention to detail and able to work independently under pressure
• Goodclient facing, verbal and written communication skills
• Initiative, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
• Immediate available is preferred
