Responsibilities

• End-to-end system development from requirement collections, feasibility study, system design,implementation, to system deployment

• Lead development team, communicate with clients and vendors for business/technical requirements

• Act as a technical adviser to evaluate and propose technical solutions or options.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentations

• Perform quality assurance on project deliverables

• Support and facilitate Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reporting to ensure project success

Requirements

• Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of IT work experience with application system implementation

• Experienced as System Analyst in Java is PLUS

• Familiar with system development cycle, design methodology and documentation standard

• Familiar with Java common frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate and Struts etc.

• Experience in mobile app development and mobility solution is PLUS

• Project management experience and/or training is PLUS

• Good knowledge in RDBMS or web/application server is PLUS

• Self-initiative, creative and innovative with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
