Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the application systems, databases, internal network, router, firewall and VPN
• Provide hardware, software and network support to end users
• Provide off-hours operational support for emergency maintenance and deployment events as request
• Identify the causes of networking problems by using diagnostic testing software and equipment
• Install and configure networking equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and standard repairs for networking components and equipment
• Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 years relative experience
• Familiarity with Cisco firewall and switches, TCP/ IP, IPsec and MPLS VPN
• Knowledge and hands on experience in LAN/WAN, Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2008 r2 Server, Linux Server
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Support.
