Requirements of a Seconded Developer at the capacity of AP are as follows:

(a) a recognized degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent;

(b) at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT application development with Java of which one year must be in similar post and in a comparable capacity while proficiency in the following would be an advantage:

- IBM Rational and WebSphere

- J2EE/JEE5, MyEclipse/Eclipse and JSF/IceFaces

- iBATIS, Struts, Hibernate and Spring framework architecture

- Reporting tools, e.g. iReport

- Minimum Oracle 11G with PL/SQL

- XML

- Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash action script

- Microsoft Excel macros/VBAs and Access

(c) hands-on technical experience in 3-tier and web solution architectural design and development;

(d) conversant with SDLC development methodology;

(e) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

(f) good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills; and

(g) good working attitude, independent, flexible and a good team player.
