Duties

• Provide front-line support and helpdesk services of PC hardware and business applications
• Follow all helpdesk cases and perform internal escalation
• Implement and maintain IT hardware and network infrastructure

 Requirements

• Degree holder; or Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Solaris and Cisco is an advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office, MS Outlook, MobileIron, JavaEE and Oracle database
• Possess good sense of responsibilities, problem solving and good inter-personal skills
• Shift duty is required
