Job Duties:

• Able to coordinate with business partners in all phases of system projects including requirement and feasibility studies, system analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer system, programming, implementation, system nursing and maintenance.
• Provide production supports, handle user enquiries, investigate and fix application problems, handle ad-hoc service requests.
• Analyze and design program components of systems to meet user requirements.
• Prepare and conduct system testing and user acceptance.
• Produce and maintain system documentation.
• Review work for correctness, for adherence to the design concepts and user requirements, and for all progress in accordance with schedules.
• Assure conformance to standards and quality control procedures.
• Conduct user training.
• Participating in the pilot-production run and/or mass production run in mainland plant is required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent (Master degree would be in an advantage);
• At least 1 to 2 years of IT experience in similar post;
• Experience in one or more of the following areas – application development, systems analysis/design, implementation, maintenance or technical support of systems;
• Strong analytical mind;
• Strong spoken and written English;
• Good spoken and written Mandarin;
• Self-motivate, detail-minded and able to cope with high pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skill to all levels of people;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Frequent travel to ZhuHai is required.
