Role Purpose

You will support the team to achieve sales target through rendering pre- & post sales services

Accountabilities and activities

• Deliver exceptional and effective service and support for business partner’s
• Maintain collaborative relationship with front line partners and provide customer services in timely manner
• Responsive to the enquires for good customer experience
• Deliver accurate department reports in a timely manner
• Handle new and renewal quotation process include both operational and pricing process
• Prepare regular reports and conduct analysis to support business decision and portfolio management
• Work close and coordinate with internals and proactively drive deliverables on related business projects
• Assist the team to deliver/organize member briefing, marketing activities and company events

To be successful in the position, you should have:

• Undergraduate with Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1 & 2
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Employee Benefits
• Hands on PC skills including Chinese word processing & Microsoft office
• Basic underwriting knowledge will be highly desirable
• Be a key team player with good interpersonal skill
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
