Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reflect market trends, business partners and sales heads’ requirements to formulate the construction process for the design of strategies
- Support in developing product distribution and segmentation strategy for bank channel in accordance to company directives and priorities
- Execute and implement agreed initiatives and ensure the deliverables on time with quality. Work closely with other teams for the implementation and deployment of initiatives and actions
- Partner with sales team leaders to collect ongoing feedback for continuous improvements on product and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with bank partner and drive synergy with banking distribution strategy
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance or banking industry
- Experience in Life Insurance product development
- Experience in bancassurance or distribution channel will be a plus
- Good project and people management skills
- Team player, passionate, matured and independent in driving and handling counterparts
- Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Efficient MS application and Chinese input
- Fluent in written and spoken English
