Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of an insurance broker firm
  • Leading a team of New Applications (Pending) or Renewing Policies (POS)
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of administration functions and office support
  • Provide clerical support to relationship managers including replying emails and making reservation with insurance companies
  • Handle enquiries from insurance companies and other departments
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties & tasks
  • Answer customer service enquiries
  • Oversee account payable and purchase related operations
  • Handle any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • TR experience preferred
  • IIQAS Paper I & III are minimum
  • Form 7or DSE graduate or above, experienced in insurance industry will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years work experience working in related field
  • Quick Learner, Goal oriented, self-driven with positive and proactive working attitude
  • Willing to learn and work overtime when necessary
  • Strong analytical and coordination skill
  • Good command in written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
