(Senior) Claims Specialist

Job Description:

• Approve claims within designated authority levels 
• Handle enquiries and complaints from customers, agency force, other departments and other insurance regulatory bodies
• Assist team manager to handle regular claim reports 
• Provide training for new members of the team 

Job Requirement:

• University/College graduate plus 2 years/ experience OR
• Form 5 graduate plus 5 years related experience
• Preferable to have achieved FLMI and ALHC
• Knowledge of PC operation is preferable

(Senior) Policy Administration Officer

Job Description:

• Handle policy servicing transaction independently and within target turnaround time
• Handle enquiry from internal and external customer through different means of contact
• Handle daily operational reporting for policy administration
• May perform user acceptance testing and other ad hoc projects

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance policy administration
• Life / Medical insurance knowledge
• LOMA or equivalent is an asset
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
