Hang Seng Bank Limited is an insurance agent authorized by regulated insurers, which provide wide range of life insurance, medical insurance and general insurance services for different segment of customers. With our all-round enrolment channels, there is great potential for further growth.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Portfolio Management Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing deliverables of retention strategy such as analytics, customer engagement and incentive programs
  • Deliver customer value activities in line with propositions and business strategy to deepen relationship with customers, concentrating on building value and creating a superb customer experience
  • Collaborate with different business units to manage projects and product initiatives to be in line with the experience and proposition defined for segments to ensure the right fit between product portfolio, segment needs and growth goals
  • Manage product and sales operation including annual renewal, lapsation, operating model, etc.
  • Propose annual business plan for General Insurance & Medical Bancassurance portfolio management
  • Closely monitor engagement drivers and retention indicators to ensure a sustainable growth of Bancassurance portfolio
  • Provide necessary customer behavioral insights, including segmentation & customer experience to formulate annual customer contact plan and enhance customer campaign results
  • Work with Compliance/Risk and Controls to ensure achievement of satisfactory standard for all clients
  • Ensure adherence to governance and comply with regulations and requirements from internal policies & regulatory requirement

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in banking / insurance field; ideally medical /general insurance
  • Strong knowledge and experience in direct marketing and retention
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Effective project management skill
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
