Our client is an International Law Firms seeking for the right professional to join their Litigation team major in Personal Injuries. 

Responsibility

Working with a team of experienced lawyers. you will provide legal support within their substantive insurance litigation practice.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to interviewing witnesses and collating information for advising insurer clients, legal research, preparation of court documents such as pleadings, list of documents, witness statements and bundles relating to personal injuries, employees’ compensation, property and other claims and assisting in handling taxation of costs.

Requirements

• A diploma/degree in legal studies in Hong Kong
• Must have had at least 2 years of solid experience in handling personal injuries work. Applicants without relevant experience will be considered for other roles in different legal firms. 
• Good knowledge of law, particularly in the areas of personal injuries, and an interest in taxation of costs is an advantage
• Good writing skills
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills
• Good organisational skills
