Responsibilities:

• Handling company secretarial duties for a listed company and its subsidiaries
• Assisting in compliance with Listing Rules requirements and all relevant statutory, regulatory and corporate governance matters of the Group
• Assisting in preparation of annual/ interim/ reports
• Handling incorporations of Hong Kong and overseas companies
• Assisting in preparation/ reviewing of various commercial contracts/ agreements
• Organize meetings, including AGM, BOD meetings and shareholders’ meetings

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in law or related disciplines
• Familiar with Securities and Future Ordinances and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in company secretarial matters
• Ability to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
• Experience in drafting and reviewing announcements/ circulars and commercial contracts / agreements
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua with good writing skill in English and Chinese
