Title : IT Procurement Assistant ( Banking )

Major role :

• Source and negotiate goods and services for businesses at the best price to ensure the businesses' continued functionality.
• Follow-up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost  management
• Contract and price negotiation as well as procurement planning and control
• Maintain effective / efficient procurement processes and operations
• Cross support teams with group procurement services

Requirements :

• University degree holder
• At least 1 to 2 years of commercial experiences with moderate planning , and negotiation skills
• Experience on working in procurement team in the banking / finance sectors 
• Excellent Communication skills with overseas and local vendors, experience in business Focus, Planning & Organizing, and procurement
• Good Teamwork & Collaboration good problem solving & analytical skills, negotiation & Influencing Skills
• Exposure to finance nd /or banking regulatory Requirements
• Proficiency in using MS Word, EXCEL, and with PowerPoint skills
