Job Description:

• Responsible to the whole business’ development and operations
• Responsible to build up the team to focus on institutional business
• Responsible to introduce institutional and family office clients across region, including insurance and pension funds
• Broaden Noah’s brand and the business in Hong Kong as well as global financial institution market
• Establish and maintain strong relations with investors
• Develop the whole business model, including but not limited to set up service process and procedure, build up partnership, etc
• Coordinate internally and externally to provide suitable investment solution and market insight to clients
• Work closely with product team, investment team to produce suitable investment product for clients

Requirements: 

• University graduate with degree in Finance / Business or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful, proactive, willing to travel
• CFA/CPA chartered candidate would be preferred
• Holder of SFC license with Type 1,4 regulated activities
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English and Chinese
