We are seeking a temporary Senior Producer / Project Director to assist, support and lead various aspects of event management and production for Clockenflap 2017.

Festival Date:

17, 18, 19 November, 2017

Length of employment:

3 months - start immediately

Requirements:

- Immediate start required for a 3 month contract in Hong Kong
- Fluent English essential, Cantonese is a bonus
- Must have a proven track record in producing large scale corporate events with live performance, AV aspects and installation

Duties include but not limited to:

• Overall project management
• Account servicing
• Internal budget management
• Running of production team and project organizational chart
• Quality control of service delivery
• Project timeline management
• Vendor selection
• Event set up and rundown control
• Wrap up the event
