Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales, marketing plans and strategies for winning new business/ and drive business growth in global areas (export business)
• Lead, coach, manage and motivate a team of sales manager to achieve company’s objectives
• Have strong determination and persistence to achieve sales targets of the company through excellent leadership abilities and management expertise. 
• Conduct Sales meetings to share knowledge & best practice to the Sales Team
• Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 15 years sales experience in export industries & MUST have at least 10 years’ experience in China Domestic Sales Management, past working experience in MNC is higly preferred
• Knowledge of furniture hardware, furniture accessories or plastic related industries preferably
• Familiar with the culture in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Middle East.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, mature with strong sense of responsibility
• Good problem solving skill and customer focused with pleasant personality
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Language in Portuguese, Spanish, French or Russian preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 Less Experience candidate will be considered for Sales Manager position.
