Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with leading IT vendors to organize roadshow or web marketing activities
• Prepare event proposal to allocate event resources
• Work with marketing team on producing marketing materials for events
• Train and manage temporary event supporting staff
• Responsible for the whole event process, i.e. decoration, event logistics, on-site management and post-event evaluation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline (IT / Marketing related is preferred)
• Experience in event organizing will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
