Job Description
1. Account Management & Servicing
-
Provide excellent account servicing to corporate clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
-
Supervise the team & manage different assigned consultancy, coaching or training projects
-
Answer incoming enquires and make warm calls to potential clients
-
Work on ad hoc internal & client projects as and when required
2. Business Development
-
Assist the CEO to achieve company sales and profit targets
-
Provide back up support to the CEO to capitalize on new business opportunities
-
Update sales kits and prepare business proposals & reports
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in business related disciplines
-
3-5 years of client management or business development experience in retail, FMCG, banking, hospitality services or advertising, candidates within over 10 years experience would not be considered

Fluency in oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua with outstanding written English and Chinese

Excellent client recruitment & engagement skills and can work well under pressure

Excellent Multi-tasker , creative and self motivated

With can-do attitude, a team player and strive for excellence

Proficient computer skills & expertise in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Ambitious & strong interest in driving new business
