Job responsibilities:

• Develop the tactical business plans for the team within the strategic context, vision and goals of the organization
• Lead your team in creating annual joint business development plans for driving growth of our clients’ brands at the Point-of-Purchase
• Develop an effective team structure, processes and operational framework to support the implementation of our clients’ strategic and joint business development plans
• Ensure the effective management and achievement of operational objectives in line with financial budgets
• Develop strong client and customer relationship by obtaining alignment and developing and delivering on mutually established goals through regular engagement
• Building an inherent Field Marketing Capability in the business
• Delivering against the businesses strategic agenda, and position the DKSH Smollan Field Marketing   business in a favorable position in the market
• Ability to manage and support both operational as well as functional support areas
• Develop and build a new business development capability
• Identify and develop new service solutions
• Financial delivery

Job requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or related field
• At least ten years’ experience in managerial role in FMCG/retail/sales environment
• A proven track record of managing and leading large teams of people
• Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
