Requirements

• University degree of any discipline,
• Return from oversesa a plus but not a must.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese,
• Putongha a plus.
• One or two years of working experience, related or not.
• Very skillful in computer software a must.
• Good knowledge in Photograph desirable.
• Occasional visit to China.
• Outgoing and sociable.
• Good presentation skill.

Main duties

• Communicate with customers overseas and their local buying office.
• Keep track of their orders, from placing order to shipment.
• Liaise with the factory in regards to production. To ensure the orders are handled right and produced right by the factory.
• Handle prospective customers’ inquiries and project follow up.
• Investigate and respond to customers complaints and grievance.
• Visiting buying offices.
• Prepare video and powerpoint presentations.
• Keep abreast of market trend and competitors’ products by frequent surfing the net.
• Participate in Product development.
• Guide factory visits.
