Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain accounts payable function
• Prepare accounts payable vouchers and payment vouchers
• Maintain files including filing of accounts payable documentation and other miscellaneous filings
• Providing support for effectively researching, tracking and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies

Job Requirements:

• F.5 graduate with LCCI intermediate or above
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good English, Chinese and communication skills
• Initiative, self-motivated, responsible & hardworking
• Fresh graduate will be considered
