o Job Description/Requirement 

• Description 
o Customer liaison and support

o Handling orders and monitor production process
o Prepare quotations and invoices. 
o Handle customer inquiries and email correspondence 
o Responsible for stock transfers and control stock movements.
o Arrange and coordinate shipment/delivery, communicate with factory and production team for order status.
o Provide support to sales team on clients’ projects and orders
o Support at local jewellery shows as required

Requirements 
o Form 5 or above 
o Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
o At least 2 years working experience in jewellery industry
o Knowledge of basic Microsoft office, word, excel, photo shop, etc 
o Well-organized, hard working and self motivated, pleasant, independent
o Immediate availability is preferred
