Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and manage the merchandising team to offer professional customer services when monitoring overall critical path from product development until goods delivery;    
• Understand the market trend and maintain good customer relationship to meet the different needs in a competitive way;
• Set sales strategies and targets for different customers / sales regions and make efforts to meet and exceed related KPIs;
• Station in Shunde Guangdong (廣東順德), 4 days per week;
• Occasional overseas travelling is required;
• Report to the Assistant General Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Fashion / Textiles / Clothing or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ experience at managerial level in the apparel industry;
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative and result-oriented;
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Profound knowledge and experience in product development and production processes, preferably in lingerie / swimwear;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
