Responsibilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound shipments from/to overseas, China and Hong Kong warehouse
• Liaise with forwarders, couriers and local delivery team on scheduling, booking and costing
• Handle China and Hong Kong import/export declarations and documents
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors and carriers for any logistics and shipping enquiries
• Monitor outstanding order status and delivery schedule to ensure shipment accuracy

Requirement

• Diploma in Logistics & Shipping Studies
• 3-5 years relevant experience 
• Able to handle full set shipping document
• Good command in English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to frequent travel
