You will be playing a role within our project management team, supporting on general administration work, secretarial assistance and; to perform general project duties, data input, complication of reports etc.

Qualifications

• Post secondary diploma, College degree or higher
• Fluent in English and Cantonese – both spoken and written
• Quick learner, attention to details, able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure
• Previous working experience with administration work would be definite advantage to this post

 Daily Activities

• Create job folders, gather and coordinate job information from internal sites, clients, vendor and printers
• Assisting photography process with Photo Studio
• Constantly update internal job tracking system for transparent reporting and production scheduling
• Upload artwork to our automated web based approval system
• Manage artworks being booked into the studio, checked and delivered to SLAs
• Assist Project teams for any kind of administration tasks

 Training will be given to help you understand all of JPG’s systems, procedures and processes.
