Job Description:

-       Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

-       Organising and maintaining diaries,  making appointments and arrange business calendar;

-       Carrying out background research and presenting findings;

-       Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;

-       Arranging travel, meetings, visas and accommodation;

-       Prepared Meeting Minutes;

-       Assist in CFO's person matters and keep confidentialities;

-       Follow up and Maintain CFO's filing system;

-       Act as backup / support role for accounting tasks;

-       Handle ad hoc assignments as required;

-       Occasional travel may be required.

Job Requirements:

-        College degree or above;

-        Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

-        Preferably previous accounting and/or personal assistant experience;

-        Appealing attitude, honesty and reliability;

-     An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion;

-     Proven ability to work independently and multitasking;

-        Strong self-motivating, pro-active working style and independent;

-     Willing to travel if necessary;

-     Immediately available is highly preferred.
