Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with forwarders / couriers / vendors for shipment arrangement
• Responsible for Customs declaration, data input and filing
• Assist project team, work with external vendors and internals teams to ensure schedule and quality.
• Assist in production team for production and maintenance tasks.
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in MS office and Tradelink
• Self-motivated, responsible, hardworking and overtime
• Operate small electrical tools
• Willing to travel alone
• Immediately available is highly preferable
