Responsibilities:

• Leading a team to follow up audit results from buyers
• Following up corrective action plans and remedial actions with our clients directly after auditing if necessary
• Supervising in-house compliance, internal compliance management system and monthly internal audits
• Forwarding audit results to our clients
• Implementing and managing compliance policies and procedures
• Handling internal auditing to ensure factory conditions and operations are in compliance with international standards and customers’ requirements
• Providing workable solutions and recommendations to clients on compliance problems
• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all audit reports 

Requirements:

• Familiar with WRAP requirements;
• Familiar with labor law, the standards and actual situations in China and Cambodia;
• Hand-on experience in audit procedures and follow-up with buyers;
• Stationed in Dongguan and frequent travel to Asian countries;
• More than 10 years of experience in knitwear industry;
• Experience in dealing with Europe and U.S. buyers;
• Good command of spoken and written English and being able to communicate with staff members who speak Mandarin; and
• Highly motivated and being able to work independently
