Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales confirmation and purchase orders
• Assist in sample-handling and quotes preparation
• Input and update order processing information to ERP system
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
• Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least one year work experience preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Well organized, detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated, and diligent.
