Responsibility:

• Ensures that product meets international, legislative and legal standards.
• Completes detailed reports and ensure the collection and completion of data for reports is accurate, quantifiable and detailed.
• Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions for Factories.
• Work closely with QA/QC Manager, Sourcing and Logistics Teams to Onboard/educate all vendors/Factories with regard to TJX standards. Provides technical support to HKBO staff.
• Maintains strong relationships with Third Party providers.
• Travels to Factories as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of English and Mandarin Chinese is a MUST; other languages or Chinese dialects a plus.
• Travel into mainland China is required.
• Must uphold the highest level of integrity; reference checks will be conducted.
• Able to plan and multitask various projects and directions at one time.
• Good people and interpersonal skills.
• At least 10 years solid experience in related fields
• Responsible & independent for inspection & production monitoring
• Self-initiated, good team player
• Diploma holders or above in any related disciplines
