Our client is urgently seeking for a Plant Manager in ShenZhen:

Responsibilities
Manage a sizeable Plant in southern China. Define multi-level KPI for team.

Familiar with lean manufacturing management, cost down, efficiency, productivity and cost improvement;  

Product life cycle management from concept to mass production

Meet business objectives with respect to customer satisfaction, quality, delivery of volume and value, manufacturing cost, and safety

Delivery of manufacturing operation agenda including: FPY, LAR, DPPM, OTD, labor and OH cost, efficiency and productivity, Inventory turns, yield, people development, COC and cultural change
       
Requirements

College or above in / engineering / industrial / electronics areas
10 years+ OEM manufacturing management experience
Strong in project management, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement Plans & Problem solving skills
Strong technical background in quality tools, analytical tools, shop floor management approach people management technique, automation, and electronics manufacturing processes
Good sense of financial and costing; Shenzhen based
