Responsibilities:

1. Focus on developing and managing production schedules for internal manufacturing operations to satisfy customer demand and internal revenue plans
2. Maintain the Master Schedule in the ERP system
3. Analyze and revise production plans, reviews production capacity, and provides appropriate delivery dates as required
4. Schedule production demand based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to Purchasing, Production, Engineering and Program Management teams across multiple product lines
5. Work with Purchasing Department to ensure material requirements are understood and support manufacturing operations
6. Work to resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
7. Involve a detailed understanding of various manufacturing methods, MRP principles and requirements, and Engineering Change Order implementation
8. Work with operations to develop and update EOQ to ensure deployment of lean initiatives.

Qualifications

1.  Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Textile , Clothing or related discipline
2. At least 10 years of Scheduling and Production Control experience with proven track records in master scheduling on Textile or Clothing Plant.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize considerable amount of data.
4. Exceptional interpersonal/written communication skills; can effectively interact with all levels of management.
5. Ability to work on multiple projects with limited direction
6. Application of Lean Principals to Production Scheduling an advantage
7. Incorporate Lean initiatives to eliminate waste out of processes, reduce cycle times, and drive cost savings
8. Demonstrated effective leadership and verbal/written communication skills required for interacting with all levels of personnel both internal and external to the organization
9. Knowledgeable in the areas of Lean Manufacturing concepts, development of planning and scheduling procedures, Inventory Control, Logistics, performance metrics and production scheduling
10. Must be computer literate. Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
11. Require to station Shenzhen office and China Plant in Heshan.
