A fast growing US color cosmetics brand is seeking a QA coordinator (Cosmetics/Skincare) for the buying office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :

- Work with QC team and third party inspection company to ensure inspection is strictly followed the testing protocol

- Arrange and schedule inspection with QCs and factories

- Review inspection reports and follow up inspection result with factories and production team to ensure shipment is released on time

- Follow up quality issues from inspections(during production inspection/ final inspection)

- Update inspection guidelines & SOP  

Requirements :

- 2 years quality assurance and safety compliance in cosmetics/skincare formulation, bags, paper products, cosmetics & plastic packaging

- Fresh graduates who have interests in the industry will be considered 

- Hardworking, energetic, proactive, extremely organized and detail-oriented.
