Job Responsibilities:

Operational

• 100% inspection of all Pedder Red and Pedder Pink products/packing/packaging material
• Communicate with all vendors, follow up on all merchandising activities including material,
• production sample and internal correspondence arrangement
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain optimum level of components and product quality
• Handle customer complaints and lead investigation and troubleshooting of product concerns from retail stores and customers
• Report to Production lead

Inspection (Pedder Red and Pedder Pink)

• Conduct regular inspection in China from inline through to final shipment based on designated
• standard and compliance agreed
• Implement corrective and preventive actions related to quality issues and eliminate quality defect
• Preparation of quality control documents/reports and the final release of repackaged goods
• Ensure the best product quality is achieved uphold the strict guidelines, standard and reputation that set by Pedder Group
• Follow up with reported quality complaints from stores and liaise with vendor for repairing

Requirements

• Diploma holder in textile / Industrial / Manufacturing / Quality Management
• Minimum 5 years’ merchandising experience in Footwear, preferably having worked in buying office
• Frequent travel to production sites in China
• Strong in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in spoken Putonghua
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Detail-orientated and systematic
• Independent and Self motivated with ability to work under pressure
• Able to prioritize tasks and handling multi tasks with tight deadlines
• MS Office literate; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
