Responsibility :

• Prepare quotation, proforma invoice and sales invoice
• Support day-to-day sales
• Organize overseas business trip and meeting with clients
• Maintain an excellent relationship with the customers, answer to enquiries and complaint
• Sales and marketing material stock control and management
• Coordinate & participates event, Support product marketing promotion
• Any Ad- hoc duties

Requirement :

• Higher Diploma or above with 2 year working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in using MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
