Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develop and execute strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts and campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness and audience engagement;
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization and Marketing activities), marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights;
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing;
• Plan and control budget of all digital marketing campaigns and activities;
• Work with other departments to ensure the implementation of the digital marketing plans for targeting customers is coordinated, aligned, consistent and meeting business objectives;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Journalism/ Multi-media or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role of digital marketing or in digital agencies serving diverse market/product segments
• Hands on experience in managing agencies on development of websites, digital, social media campaigns and mobile apps for HK and overseas market is preferred
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Highly independent, energetic, customer-focused, analytical detail-minded and eager in working and developing new ideas
• Mature, self-motivated, detail minded, and a good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense and good project management skills
• IT literate with MS office programmes, proficiency in Mac a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
