Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate different types of projects
• Lead and drive projects from design stage to mass production
• Prepare and follow-up projects proposals, progress reports, promotional materials and event summaries etc.
• Act as the communication bridge between internal and external customers, developers and vendors
• Provide support on project management including administrative works, on-site supervision and quality control
• Support other office teams on an ad-hoc basis
• Travel to Mainland China when needed

Requirements

• University graduate or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good communication and organization skills
• Detail and logical minded, good analytical and organizing skills
• Ability to multi tasks and work under tight schedule and pressure
• Be self-motivated and responsible
• Open-minded and able to work independently
• Good in both spoken and written in English, Chinese & Mandarin
•  Proficient in using of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
