Responsibilities:

• Conduct property market researches and process analysis
• Collect data on the market trend in relation to industrial, commercial and shops aspects
• Prepare promotion materials in different types of channels
• Monitor and enhance the company website and intranet
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Economics, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 3 year’s solid market research experience in property or related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland property market
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Research Officer
