Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager - Creative Production, responsibles for managing the day-to-day account servicing efforts across the client's business units in Asia.  Reporting to the Account Director, this caliber will be the key contact between our creative team and the client.  This Senior/Account Manager will provide the high quality of work, on time and within budget and ensure all necessary quality checks are done and approvals received before releasing the materials. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communication 

  • Build and maintain solid client relationships

2.  Deep understanding of Digital and BTL Production

  • Strong understanding of the digital production process
  • Ability to understand quotes and negotiate with vendors for the best available rates
  • Gate quote approval from client - ensure that all work is quoted on before giving go-ahead to production.  Any exceptions required, please flag to the line manager(s).

3.   Brief

  • Provide a good brief.  It has to be consolidated and accurate.
  • Ensure all details are verified and clear for implementation.
  • Be a simple and straightforward as possible.
  • Ensure work is presented to the client appropriately.
  • Use the creative development period to create an ongoing dialogue with other internal departments - answering their questions, getting hold of information, collecting relevant materials, updating the team, etc.

4.   Account Management

  • Organizing meetings - plan ahead and take responsibility for setting up meetings and ensuring that they run without hitch.  Specifically, ensure an appropriate meeting room is booked, confirm numbers attending the meeting a day in advance, check the room is properly set up at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts and arrange transportation at the end of the meeting for clients' next destination if required.
  • Contact reports - these are legally binding documents, so must be taken seriously.  Be sure of who in the meeting is writing the report.  Take the responsibility for ensuring that contact reports meeting the required criteria.

5.   Quality control

  •  Maintain overall quality control on all deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
  •  Always check material deadlines ahead and ensure that everyone is flagged if there are any issues as to manage expectation.
  • Brand guidanceship

6.   Managing BTL production

  • Ensure that the team has the latest schedule at all times.  This should have all publications, sizes and material deadlines on it.
  • Be clear on deadlines, know copy dates and ensure that timing plans are adhered to client acknowledgement via email on approvals on work done and cost estimation.
  • Understand all quotes, production logistics, etc. thoroughly before presenting to clients.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates with bachelor degree holder with significant creative production or multi-media experience. 
  • Solid experience of working closely with agencies and inputting at the design stages. 
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and ability of developing and implementing plans and strategies skills. 
  • Excellent command of verbal and written skills in English is a must.
