Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the insurance companies or financial institutions to get up-to-date product information.
• Identify and deliver innovative digital methods to promote brand awareness and marketing campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Develop and execute contents strategy for company website, digital and social media platforms in order to build subscription volume.
• Draft and prepare quality bilingual marketing materials (i.e. corporate newsletter, corporate brochures, company presentation, promotion flyers etc.) from development through printing, ensuring that these materials are complying with corporate branding guideline, and the relevant regulatory requirement.
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and design house to ensure their delivery of high quality and cost-effective services within the agreed company budget.
• Formulate, structure and implement prestige club program and incentives for our customers and partners.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives including CSR programs, advertising, and industry award to enhance brand awareness and position in the market.
• Take part in managing the team budget
• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform administrative duties for the department.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication,or Journalism with at least 3 years’ solid marketing experience in insurance or financial industry.
• Hands-on experience in handling marketing collateral production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced business environment and meet tight timeline.
• Organized, proactive and detail-minded team player.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese with strong analytical sense.
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is preferred.
