Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance corporate relationships with different stakeholders including institutional investors, shareholders, general investors, equity analysts, fund management houses, public relation firms and media.
• Represent the Group to attend public and corporate events as well as other IR activities like annual / interim result announcements, investor conferences, road shows, networking meetings and site visits.
• Collaborate closely with internal Corporate Communication Department to improve media relationships and ensure correct corporate messages are disseminated to the media.
• Organize new investor relationship programs to promote the business model,new businesses and long-term strategic development of the Group.
• Prepare write-up for ongoing investor communications and corporate announcements as well as investor visit reports to Senior Management’s review.
• Provide timely updates to the Board / Senior Management about the latestdevelopments in compliance requirements, industry best IR practices as well asmarket intelligence.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Accountancy or other related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in handling IR programs preferably gained from sizable listed conglomerate companies.
• Exposures in equity research in reputable investment bank / securities firms an advantage.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical ability, with effective negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must.
• Strong in MS Office.
