The successful candidate will be responsible for effective joint promotions with premium brands, launching effective member activities for Sino Club at Customer Relationship Management Department.  Major Responsibilities include managing the system and processes related to servicing members / event development and execution of members’ recruitment and engagement activities; business partners/vendors liaison for event development, members’ privileges and collateral production. He / She will handle members’ enquiries in a professional manner and maintain and update digital or printed communication channels. He/She will also compile and record event results on event strategy enhancement. Further duties include developing and maintaining database of event photos/survey result/guest list, etc., and assisting in market research to analysis customer needs and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Department.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of solid experience in event marketing or brand management with sizeable organizations
• Background from hospitality, property, retails & loyalty club are highly regarded
• Proactive with pleasant personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and highly resourceful with strong strategic thinking and organising skills
• Work on weekends and public holidays is required when necessary
