Job Description
Website Operation Responsibilities:
- Product management, additions, & merchandising
- Content & promotional publishing
- Promotional communications & promo code setup
- Monitor regional online functionality and consumer expectations & build business case for site enhancements or modifications
- Follow-through, testing, & approval for website enhancement work done by supporting development agency
- Customer service, policy enforcement, review monitoring, & conflict resolution in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- End-to-end ownership of customer experience and engagement
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop regular marketing campaigns to encourage online sales
- Monitor competitor marketing communications & offerings
- Communication initiation with other internal departments in order to stay abreast of company goals/trends & dance seasonality
- Develop, manage, maintain, and execute upon a promotional calendar
- Liaison with the marketing team for any assets required for timely and complete executions of campaigns per the promotional calendar
- Email configuration and campaign planning within an email marketing system
- Reporting of email campaigns & overall website sales and KPIs
- Co-ownership of online revenue and performance KPI targets with the US online team
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Maintain and execute a daily social media strategy based on industry news/trends, opportunities, or online promotions
- Respond when necessary to social inquiries or comments
- Monitor competitor social media communications
- Ensure participation in the top regionally relevant social platforms
- Reporting of social KPIs & performance trends
- Sound knowledge of SEO principles and execution
- Knowledge of Magento Enterprise and Magento Connect eco-system an advantage
- Developing online customer
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience using a website CMS or planning & executing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong background in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge in the use and execution of regionally relevant social media platforms
- Experience working on and monitoring projects with 3rd party agencies
- Ability to work independently & take initiative
- Knowledge in the use of Google Analytics a plus
- Knowledge of the dance industry a plus
