Job Description
Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager with organising public relations and fellowship activities
-
Maintain and update databases
-
Handle correspondence and enquiries independently
-
Provide administrative support for the Department
-
Perform any other related ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications required for the post:
-
A warm and sincere person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
A Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines, or equivalent
-
At least 3 year’s relevant experience
-
Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
-
Proficiency in Chinese and English word processing
-
Responsible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours
Applicants who are immediately available and have experience in customer service are preferred. Those with less relevant work experience will be considered for the position of Assistant.
