Responsibilities:  

• Assist in writing up and production of various kinds of marketing materials including brochures, eDMs, press release... etc.
• Prepare sales & marketing reports and presentation materials
• Coordinate and liaise with partners and production house for in-store VM and premium production
• Maintain online interface of company website and Facebook fans page
• Manage CRM database and data input
• Assist in promotion planning and internal communication
• Support marketing team in daily administrative work

 Requirements: 

• F. 7 or above, preferably with certificate in Marketing or Business related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience in cosmetic / fragrance industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking, initiative, self-motivated, detail-minded and positive mindset
• Sound knowledge in PC especially in Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage 
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
