Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Associate Account Director, manage day to day operation to ensure deliverable
- Manage cross functional team to facilitate the redemption platform and support on-going maintenance/enhancement projects
- Manage and coordinate with redemption partners on a daily basis and acquire a full understanding of all partners
- Proactively manage client relationship and overall account deliverables
- Be a key driver for performance analysis with the assistance of internal/external expertise
- Manage Non-air redemptions sub-team and be accountable for team delivery, quality assurance, growth, and continuous improvement
- Drive for innovative ways of working and loyalty rewards strategies
- Assist team head to handle ad-hoc task as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Business or Marketing related discipline
- Minimum 6 years in managing customer-centric design/operations of eCommerce sites or redemption portals
- Experience in managing a team of partner and client relationship managers/operations staff
- Experience in any loyalty programme or rewards programme a definite plus but not mandatory
- Excellent project management skills, negotiation skills, detail oriented and strong interest in eCommerce
- Energetic, creative and persistent in achieving results
- Excellent communications skills, good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command of MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
